What next after USDAA?

Today is my turn to annouce or update some news. My Daddy (Trifold Mascagni aka Prince) is currently shaking his paws at one corner.

So today is "what next after USDAA" ? Of course, the Singapore Kennel Club.

After seeing my performance in the USDAA (5/6 April 08), J decided to register me for novice agility and novice jumper trial. Woof woof my 1st time in SKC agility trial.

On 26 April 2008, as per normal, J wake up early and started to prepare stuff and also to rush to Singpost to collect her "cleanrun" items. Before we leave, something very bad happen.

Shadow (bc) attacked me. I was injuried on my front right paws. See below is the injury. Due to take, J withdraw me out from the competition. What a bad day.

On the day, my daddy Prince did not have a cleanrun for his open jumper cos he had hit one of the bar. Although J had to say BYE BYE to the trophy. But J was very happy cos it was a smooth run.

As for the agility, daddy Prince managed to get the 1st placing. This is the 1st time that my daddy got a cleanrun. Previously he had a problem , which is flying off from the contact point.

In fact, i am also good in escape but due to injury. J found no risk in it, so i share the new crate wif mummy CoCo. See me sleeping at one corner.

J says that she had never been trialing for such a long long hour esp the hours is spent on waiting. From 9.30 am we reach till 9-10 pm we left.
What a tired day to human and dogs.

Reward after USDAA

So what is our reward after USDAA ?? Of course, a good dinner by J and her friends together with their furbies.

Around 4 pm plus, J brought us (me, meteor and coco) and meet Aunty S. Thereafter we went to look for TK Haw to order our USDAA's pic . I believed TK must have took good pics, if not Aunty S will not order 26 pics of Nova in action as compared to J, who order 30 pics for me and meteor only.

After J and Aunty S had ordered the pics, we proceeded to Pawtobello Cafe for our dinner together with Aunty E, M and C. We love the food, i believed the human love it too. Whilst having our dinner, the human are also very very busy. Busy taking pic of us and also displayed our warrior achievements on the long table and took a pic of us.

Woof woof woof human are very very funny ...............

METEOR (BLUR COS FIRST TIME TAKING PART IN AGILITY COMPETITION)

This is our 2nd USDAA which was held on 5 - 6 April 2008. This time, we have the President of USDAA Mr Kenneth Tatsch to be the judge and also to take our height.

J was still blur with the rule and of course the games. But nevermind, the most important thing is J don't be blur during the run.

This round, J run two dogs, which is me (Trifold Mascagni aka Prince, Tri sheltie) and Meteor (Prince's litter), the newbie in agility for the 16" height.

This is J comment for our performance for both days:-

Prince

a) well behave did not break the stay at the starting point

b) for past 2 days, did all his contact point without fail . Thanks to Bernadette (UK) for the tips for contact.

c) good stamina and speed which last thru out the competition

d) need to polish up my jumping skill cos of knocking of bar.

e) more Q as compare to the last USDAA

Meteor

a) 1st time in agility competition, performance and speed is good

b) did all the contact except

c) need to improve on weave pole

d) stamina not as good as Prince , did not improve stamina

e) as a newbiew, consisted not bad performance managed to get Q and 1st place.

So what is the result ??

Of course, some events we are the winners and some are losers.

But overall, J is happy with our performances.
